Pathway Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
Personal Bankers must be able to perform a variety of duties, specializing in sales and service of the financial needs of the customers.
In addition, work should be proficient and accurate when opening and modifying all types of accounts for new and existing customers.
Personal Bankers will also be expected to know and understand all Teller related duties as well as provide coverage for the teller line.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role Demonstrates knowledge of the bank's products and services and be able to confidently answer questions and inquiries.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
